Paper Ball Educational Innovation is a not-for-profit organisation founded with the objective to enhance environmental sustainability and to make our planet a better place.

Our approach is founded on the twin pillars of awareness and action to achieve the objective of environmental sustainability. We strongly believe that a critical mass of aware and empowered global citizens can take the mindful actions towards the collective goal of sustainability (visualize the “flywheel effect”).

Our current approach is based on the belief that while technology is an important tool in our arsenal, niche technologies, like carbon capture and storage for example, can only take us so far in the absence of a mass movement towards sustainability.

To make our work more impactful, we aim to partner and collaborate with organisations that align with our vision.

the why

If not now, when??

Our habitat has crossed at least 5 critical tipping points owing to global warming induced climate change. It is nearing many other identified tipping points as well. Climate change is a super wicked problem and we are running out of time addressing it.

Globally, governments and multilateral institutions are taking a lead in addressing the climate emergency. Closer home, government and private sector are pitching in with sustainability initiatives.

The sustainability needle, however, hasn’t moved much. A large gap exists in what is required and what is happenning. We need empowered global citizens who understand the climate challenges and can take action.

At Paper Ball Educational Innovation, we assist in moving the sustainability needle from Awareness to Action.
